My role is to help organisations lift their eyes from today's challenges while staying grounded in the realities of delivery. Through workforce insight, behavioural understanding and coaching-led approaches, I help leaders and teams find new ways forward that are both ambitious and achievable.

Alongside Helen Boyle, I bring these perspectives into real-world transformation. If I'm the Stargazer, Helen is the Navigator.
