I’m Kath and I help public sector leaders deliver human-centred organisational change by creating the conditions where people, culture and performance thrive together.
I help councils, public services and complex systems create the conditions where people can thrive, learn and contribute meaningfully - because sustainable change only happens when people feel safe, empowered and connected to purpose.
I combine behavioural insight, systems thinking and practical delivery to help organisations move beyond surface-level transformation and create change that people genuinely believe in, shape and sustain.
My role is not simply to design change, but to help organisations think differently, work differently and lead differently - with courage, humanity and clarity.

I’ve worked in public service all my life. I know what it feels like to feel pulled in all directions by a wealth of competing priorities with no time to think about how to translate strategy into practice. My lifelong passion for understanding human behaviour, underpins the deeply human approach I take to public sector transformation.
